Guided meditation is powerful in gaining and maintaining harmony and balance, and in keeping us focused and aligned. I personally love to use guided meditation as it centers my focus during my practice offering a deeper penetration into my spirituality and silence. Through guided meditation I am able to become one with my thoughts and feel that emotion associated with my desire and foster that moment to plant the seeds for my personal ambitions in my life. Everyday I start my day off with meditation rewriting the imprints in my subconscious to create my better tomorrow that serves me my higher purpose.
